Sarah Residential Keyworker
I have worked within the care sector for over 15 years. Throughout my time working with children, I have been faced with many challenging behaviours, I have learnt that all children require love and attention, an understanding of their needs and wants and their young voices heard. I enjoy working with children and seeing real progress in them. I believe providing a positive role model that understands them and establishing a culture of mutual respect is what drives success in a residential setting. I aim to be consistent in my approach with young people and to reassure them when challenging times arise.
