NEW STREET property is a two-bedroom apartment situated Leeds, West Yorkshire.
The home offers a small family-based setting with the team providing a caring and nurturing living experience on a 24-hour basis. The house allowing young people to have their own privacy and alone time but also allows young people to enjoy the company of others in a shared space.
Every home includes the following:
- Wi-Fi throughout the house

- Trauma Informed Care through application of PACE model

Top Floor & Stairway
- Young person bedroom - Bed, desk, bedside draws, Mounted Television, lamp, new bedding including sheets, duvet, and pillows. 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 1 face cloth.
- Third room – currently laundry room but has capacity to be a young person bedroom.
- Shared bathroom includes Shower facilities and Toilet (For staff and young people). Small cupboard space for linen and additional storage.
- Staff Office/ Sleep over room
Ground Floor
- Open plan Kitchen and Living room. Includes large breakfast bar dividing room and corner sofa.
- Kitchen - Fridge, Freezer, microwave, cutlery, pots, pans, plates, and some essential food items.

Our Service
Here at Youth Hubz we have a trauma-informed and person-centred approach to support and encourage young people to co-produce our services from planning activities to defining service agreements to choosing curtain colours.
We take pride in the way we care and create a home which is by creating a caring, loving, and fun environment. We manage this by doing lots of fun activities such as arts and crafts, cooking, and baking, playing games, watching movies, and listening to music. Musgrave is located close to local facilities with a wide range of shops. Close to transport links for both trains and buses which will provide the young person with flexible opportunities to access and experience a variety of activities and interests.
A team staff member has the responsibility for ensuring that the environment of the home is maintained to a high standard. We aim to ensure that our house reflects that of a family home where young people feel safe, relaxed, and cared for in a non-institutionalised setting. Young people are also encouraged to use the kitchen for the preparation of food, helping them to develop their skills through weekly cook and eat sessions.
